Premium-Tuning Fork Beginner-Set – 128 Hz + C&G-Set

Premium Tuning Fork Beginner Set – 128 Hz + C&G Set

Three tuning forks to get started with sound work: The weighted 128 Hz Master Tuning Fork for tangible vibrations on the body, plus the unweighted C/G set with C 256 Hz and G 384 Hz for consciously listening to and experiencing the perfect fifth.

This set combines body-focused vibration work with harmonious musical intervals. It is suitable both for beginners and for those who wish to expand their sound practice with three versatile tuning forks.

What is included in the Beginner Set?

• 1 × weighted C 128 Hz tuning fork (Master Tuning Fork): Its deep vibration can be clearly felt when gently applied to the body.
• 1 × unweighted C 256 Hz tuning fork: The fundamental note of the C/G pair.
• 1 × unweighted G 384 Hz tuning fork: Together with C 256 Hz, it forms a perfect fifth with a frequency ratio of 2:3.

What makes this set special: The 128 Hz fork allows you to consciously experience vibrations on the body.

With the two C/G forks, you can sound the notes separately or together and discover the distinctive character of the perfect fifth.

Sound and frequencies – body awareness meets harmony

C 128 Hz: The weighted Master Tuning Fork produces a deep, long-lasting vibration. Many people find it pleasant, calming and grounding.

C 256 Hz and G 384 Hz: When the two unweighted tuning forks are sounded together, they produce a perfect fifth. This interval is often perceived as open, clear and harmonious, making it particularly suitable for mindful listening, meditation and preparing for sound work.

All three forks are part of our premium tuning fork range

How to get started with the Beginner Set

1. Listen to the perfect fifth: Gently sound C 256 Hz and G 384 Hz and hold the forks at a comfortable distance from your ears. First listen to each fork separately, then to both together. Notice how the two notes blend into a single sound.

2. Work with the 128 Hz Master Tuning Fork: Gently strike the weighted fork. First hold it close to your body. For direct application to the body, it can be placed gently using a suitable attachment. Feel the vibration and start with no more than three repetitions.

3. Combine sound and silence: Sound the two C/G forks together once more. Then allow yourself a moment of silence to notice how you feel.

In just a few easy-to-follow steps, you can explore two fundamental aspects of sound work: listening and feeling.

Versatile applications

• Introduction to sound work with tuning forks
• Mindful listening and exploring the perfect fifth
• Meditation, relaxation and yoga

Everyone experiences sounds and vibrations differently. Medical or healing effects of this set have not been sufficiently demonstrated by scientific research.

Important note on use

In cases of severe osteoporosis, direct application to the bones is not recommended. Instead, use the 128 Hz tuning fork without body contact or consult a medical professional. The unweighted C/G forks are intended primarily for audible sound work.
